Your machine repaired in my workshop - $110

THIS INCLUDES:

  • The first hour labour

  • If the machine requires parts or additional labour, I will provide a quote before proceeding.

  • Three months warranty on the work performed

  • Waste ink pads on certain Epson maintenance reset repairs


Your machine repaired onsite - $165

THIS INCLUDES:

  • Travel to and attendance at your office or workplace located on the Central Coast to resolve faults

  • The first hour labour less travel to site from Wyong (callout)

  • Three months warranty on the work performed

  • Advice provided if any apparent defects are pending (viability to operate)

THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Any parts or consumables required to complete the repair

  • The second and subsequent hours labour where required (charged in ½ hour increments of $55)

  • If the repair cannot be completed in the first visit, future visits will be charged in ½ hour increments of $55

THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Any parts or consumables required to complete the repair

  • Pickup or return to your premises (charged individually each way per this table xxxxx)

TERMS:

  • If your machine cannot be repaired at the one hour rate expect a quote to approve for additional parts and labour. I strive to avoid unexpected cost to customers.

  • If that quote is declined and the repair does not proceed I will ask for a $44 fee to cover time invested in diagnosing the fault and researching parts prices. This can be dropped if you accept an option to purchase a replacement from me.

  • Payment is required in full at time of machine pickup. I accept direct deposit, cash, cheque and EFTPOS/Credit Card

  • Uncollected workshop repairs will be sent to E-waste after 30 days.

TERMS:

  • Not every situation can be covered here. I endeavour to be fair and honourable to best serve your printing needs. I trust that customers in turn are respectful to work with us.

  • Service calls are charged $165 for the first hour regardless of whether you proceed with a repair

  • The service call fee may be reduced in cases of “dumb” problems quickly rectified. These visits can no longer be free.

  • Me waiting onsite for your machine to be available from staff use will be included in my repair time

  • If you request a callout, you will receive an invoice for $165, even if the machine proves unviable to repair, unless I supply the replacement.

  • Further costs for parts and labour will be discussed before the repair is completed

  • Setup and configuration of new machines onsite is at the standard service call rate.

Location & hours:

Note we are in the rear building of No3, centre of the car park

This rear carpark allows customers to drive their printers to the reception table with very little or nil lifting. This is for yours and our safety, to maintain social distancing and isolate the the occasional customer machine that proves to have an insect infestation inside. We ask that you do not attempt to bring your printer upstairs office area.

There is a bell on the wall to call for assistance from upstairs. Please have patience.
